| Given: tr-k ABD – isosceles;
BD – base;
AC – height;
AD = 3 cm;
BC = 2 cm;
PABD -? cm.
PABD = AB + BD + AD;
By service. tr-k ABD – isosceles., so its sides are equal, i.e. AB = AD = 3 cm.
It is also known that AC is the height drawn into the isosceles. treug. to its base, which means it is also the median. Therefore ВС = СВ, follow. BD = 2 * BC = 4 cm.
So PABD = 2 * AD + BD = 2 * 3 + 4 = 10 (cm).
