The first value in = (10 + √100 – 64) = (10 + 6) / 2 = 8.

The second value in = (10 – 6) / 2 = 2.

4. DE = 8 cm or 2 cm.

BE also has two meanings:

BE = 2 cm or 8 cm.

5. BC = √8² + 4² = √80 = 4√5 cm or BC = √2² + 4² = √20 = 2√5 cm.

6.СD = 2√5 cm or 4√5 cm.

7.P = 2 (2√5 + 4√5) = 12√5 cm.
