In triangle ABC, angle A is 30 degrees, angle B is 40 degrees. Lines containing the heights АА1 and BB1 intersect at point H. Find the degree measure of the angle АНВ.
In the right-angled triangle AKВ, the angle ABK = (180 – 90 – 30) = 60.
In a right-angled triangle AMB, the angle BAM = (180 – 90 – 40) = 50.
Then in the triangle ABН the angle AНВ = (180 – 60 – 50) = 70.
Answer: Angle AВН is 70.
