The height AH can only be lowered by the extension of the AC side. It can be seen from the construction that <ABC and <ABН are adjacent, that is, they total 180 grams:

<AВН = 180 gr. -120 g = 60 gr;
AH / AB = Sin (60 gr.)
AB = AH / Sin (60 gr.) = 7 / (√3 / 2) = 14 / √3
