Having in the condition the area of the triangle and the length of one of the legs, we determine the length of the other leg.
Sас = АС * ВС / 2.
AC = 2 * Savs / BC = 2 * 20/5 = 8 cm.
In a right-angled triangle, the tangent of the angle is equal to the ratio of the opposite leg to the adjacent leg.
tgABC = AC / BC = 8/5 = 1.6.
Answer: tgABC is 1.6.
