In what environment do bacteria with flagella live?

With or without a flagellum, bacteria can live in completely different places: soil, air, water, human or animal body. The flagellum is an organ of movement, just like the villi or gas vacuole in the cytoplasm. There is no clear connection that, for example, bacteria without a flagellum live only in soil or only in water.
