In what forms is water found in the cell?

In free form, water is found in blood vessels, intercellular space, vacuoles. In bound form, it is found in cell structures, protein molecules, membranes, and fibers. That is, the bound form provides for the presence of water molecules in various structures along with other chemicals. In free form, water does not create chemical bonds with other substances.
