In what natural zones are saline soils found?

There are several types of saline soils: salt marshes, salt licks, and malt. These soils have a high concentration of mineral salts that dissolve in water. Basically, they are found in the steppe zone and the semi-desert zone. Sometimes it is a continuous area, and sometimes small areas among other soils
In Ukraine, this type of soil is found in the valley of the Dnieper, Voronezh region. In Russia, saline soils are found in the Astrakhan and Rostov regions, near Siberia. They are also common in Crimea.
