Vacuoles are formed in the endoplasmic reticulum of the cell (EPS) – it is an organoid, which is a branched system of cavities, vesicles and tubules. Initially, small bubbles are separated from it, which during the growth of the cell merge with each other, increase and turn into a central vacuole.
