The Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) includes ten states. I will list them in alphabetical order, indicating the time zone.
1. Azerbaijan – UTC +4.
2. Armenia – UTC +4.
3. Belarus – UTC +3.
4. Kazakhstan – UTC +5 – UTC +6.
5. Kyrgyzstan – UTC +6.
6. Moldova – UTC +1 (UTC + 2 in summer).
7. Russian Federation – UTC +2 – UTC +12.
8. Tajikistan – UTC +5.
9.Turmenistan – UTC +5.
10. Ukraine – UTC +2 (UTC +3 in summer).
Thus, the CIS countries are located in time zones from UTC + 1 to UTC + 12.
