In what weather the puddles dry out from the rain more likely: in calm or windy; warm or cold? How can this be explained?

In windy weather, the puddles will dry up faster, because the wind seems to “carry away” that evaporated moisture, and a new one comes in its place.
In another subparagraph, the answer would be: warm.
How is the evaporation going? That’s right, due to the movement of molecules (fast, of course) at a high temperature.
