Characteristics such as dry winters and summer with constant rains are typical for the subequatorial belt. These are the territories of our planet that are in contact with the equatorial zones, but are located in both hemispheres, on both sides of the equator. Every season the air masses change, which is why frequent rainfalls are poured in the summer, driven by the western monsoons. And in winter, the east winds are established, the moisture becomes much less. Such climatic conditions exist in central Africa, in the south of Asia.
