In which country did universal suffrage first appear?

The first country to introduce universal suffrage for citizens, regardless of property status and gender, was New Zealand. It happened in 1893. The very idea of the universal right to vote and to be elected arose and was partially realized during the First Republic in France, where all male citizens received this privilege. Only in 1945 were women allowed to vote. If we take Europe, then the first country where such a right was introduced for both women and men was the Russian Republic after the overthrow of Emperor Nicholas II during the events of February 1917.
