In which new independent states formed after the collapse of the USSR is a significant proportion of the Russian population?

In terms of the share of the Russian population among the countries of the former USSR, the following stand out:
1) Ukraine. Even without taking into account the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, the share of the Russian population exceeds 15%. Russians in Ukraine live mainly in the eastern and southern regions (mainly in Donetsk, Kharkov, Lugansk and Dnepropetrovsk and Odessa regions).
2) Latvia. The share of Russians in this country exceeds 25%. The largest concentration is in the city of Riga.
3) Kazakhstan. Russians live here mainly in the northern regions (mainly Akmola, Ural and Semipalatinsk), as well as in the city of Almaty. The share in the total population exceeds 20%.
4) Estonia. The share is about 25%.

There is also a high proportion of the Russian population (over 5%) in Belarus, Lithuania, Moldova and Kyrgyzstan.
