From the point of view of the elementary composition, there is no difference between the bodies of inanimate and living nature. The differences are related to their concentration in the body:

1. Most of the elements in the cell that are called organogenic (98%) – C, P, O and N. They are part of proteins, fats, carbohydrates, nucleic acids and water.

2. Next are the macronutrients, about 1.9%. These include Na, K, Ca, P, S, Cl, Fe, Mg.

3. From 0.01% to 0.1% – trace elements that are part of only one specific substance (F, I).
