In France in 1830 another revolution broke out. The reason was that King Charles 10 began to violate constitutional norms. Liberal circles were outraged by his activities, because Charles 10 sought to return the conservative pre-revolutionary course. He began to carry out reforms in accordance with his own ideas. The rebellious students and the bourgeoisie rose to defend democratic rights and freedoms. During the revolution, they managed to overthrow Charles 10 and put in his place the new king Louis Philippe.
