Intestinal – multicellular animals that do not have tissues and organs. They are separated from the external environment by 2 layers of cells, which, although they perform different functions, are mixed.

The embryo of flatworms has 3 layers of cells, from which tissues, organs and organ systems are formed during the development process:

– musculoskeletal (skin and muscles);

– digestive (mouth, pharynx, intestines);

– excretory (excretory tubules);

– nervous (nerve nodes, trunks and nerves);

– genital (testes and ovaries).
