Is clay organic or inorganic?

Clay is not an organic compound. Clay contains one or more rocks. The composition of clay in different parts of the world is different, but the main chemical elements that make up the clay are trivalent aluminum oxide – Al2O3 and silicon oxide – SiO2. Clay has a different color, it depends on the impurities that it contains. It is widely used in pottery and construction. Clay is the most famous water insulator. That is why dishes and kitchen containers in ancient times were made from it.
