Is it possible to determine which organism a tissue belongs to if a micropreparation is prepared

Is it possible to determine which organism the tissue belongs to if we prepare micropreparations from it so that the chromosomes are clearly visible in the cells?

This cannot be done. It is necessary to prepare a micropreparation and examine it under a microscope. But a simple study under a microscope cannot show what species an organism belongs to. There are millions of species of living organisms. Therefore, it is impossible to do this by observation. But by examining the microscope under a microscope, we can define the kingdom. This can be done by characteristic features and organelles. For example – by the presence of plastids, the absence of membrane organelles, and so on. But it will not always be possible to do this.
