Is protein denaturation always reversible?

Denaturation can be reversible and irreversible. When various factors and substances affect the protein, the molecule is destroyed. When these substances are eliminated, the protein molecule is able to recover, to take on the original structure. In this case, the biological activity of the protein is restored. In the case of complete destruction of a protein molecule, denaturation is called irreversible, since even after removing the reagents that caused the changes, the molecule is not able to recover.
