Is the existence of an ideal state possible?

First you need to define what an ideal state is. In the USSR, it was declared that an ideal country would be built, where everyone would have according to their needs, and give according to their possibilities. But this course is absolutely wrong and has nothing to do with an ideal state. If we talk about the fact that there will be high incomes in the country, and all the laws will work, then such a state can be called ideal, but even in this case there will be a large number of dissatisfied people who believe that they should earn a lot without doing anything.
