Is the Nuremberg Trials a violation of humanitarian law? Why?

The Nuremberg trial was not a violation of the human rights conventions of both the Hague and Geneva, since the Nazi criminals of Nazi Germany were tried, before that all evidence of their involvement in crimes against peace, humanity and the implementation of previously planned actions was considered.

The Nuremberg trials lasted for almost a year from November 2, 1945 to October 1, 1946. And according to the results of the process, 11 people were sentenced to death, 3 criminals were given life sentences, 3 were different terms and 8 people were acquitted.

Despite the fact that these people were involved in the war, they were judged by all the rules of the civilized world.
