Any chemical plant that deals with hazardous substances is required to have purification facilities, filters, technologies for air and water treatment. There are standards under which the amount of emitted substances should not exceed the established rate. But it so happens that the factories do not install special protection. They are dangerous to all living things within a radius of several tens of kilometers. The soil is seeping with waste and it may well get into the groundwater. Then it is dangerous to use it not only for drinking, but also for technical purposes.
