I think there is such a need. Banks are one of the most active subjects of economic activity. They greatly influence the state and development of the economic situation in the country. It is the banks that set the interest rates on loans, mortgages, and deposits. In addition, they have many other financial instruments in their hands that stimulate the development or stagnation of the economy in the country. The state bank can control commercial banks, monitor the legality of their activities. The latter, in turn, can offer clients favorable conditions for cooperation and the conclusion of contracts.
