Is there a reciprocity of civil society and the rule of law.

There is a direct relationship between civil society and the rule of law. Jurists note that a civil society can only exist in a state governed by the rule of law, and vice versa, only then a state can be called a legal state when there is a civil society in it. These two concepts are inextricably interconnected, as the institutions of civil society are called upon to actively participate in the life of the state. If the state has a strong civil society, then people fight for their rights and freedoms, defend their interests. The state, in turn, securing and guaranteeing the rights and freedoms of citizens, becomes legal.
