African countries need humanitarian assistance, since their economic level is much lower than developed countries, however, developed countries will thereby establish diplomatic relations with African countries and be able to use their resources, and more importantly, they will be able to find minds that are now very valuable and states are trying in every possible way support them in order to win the competition in technology.
