Anthropogenesis is part of the evolutionary process that led to the emergence of Homo sapiens. The driving forces of this process are the same as in the evolution of any other organisms. This is natural selection, mutation and heredity. But the social factor of anthropogenesis was also important, since the ancestors of people lived in groups and interacted with each other.
