Reforms of Ivan the Terrible:
1) Created orders (centralized government bodies): Chelobitnye, Ambassadorial, Local, Razryadny, Robber, Zemsky.
2) Legal reform – a new set of laws was introduced by Ivan the Terrible’s Code of Laws.
3) Church reform: Council Council 1551 (Unification of rituals, Enlightenment is an important task of the Church, Destruction of discipline among the clergy, Canonization of new saints).
4) Military reform: Creation of the Streltsy army in 1550, Introduction of the 1556 service code, Attempt to form the “Chosen Thousand”
5) Restriction of parochialism in 1550.
