Lithium hydroxide reacts with acid.

We need to make a reaction between lithium hydroxide and any acid. For example, let’s take sulfuric acid, which has the chemical formula H2SO4. So let’s carry out the reaction of interaction of lithium hydroxide and sulfuric acid. As a result of this reaction, a lithium sulfate salt is formed and water is released. The chemical equation of the reaction can be written as follows:

2 LiOH + H2SO4 = Li2SO4 + 2 H2O.

In order to equalize the reaction, we need to put the number 2 in front of the lithium hydroxide and in the reaction products also put the number 2 in front of the water.
