Major Reforms of Pericles?

During the reign of the historical figure Pericles, the following reforms were introduced:
1) Since the judiciary was one of the foundations of democracy, payment for judges was introduced.
2) Was introduced payment of labor to citizens for work that they did for the benefit of the state;
3) Also, officials were chosen by lot;
4) A civil reform was introduced, it assumed that the citizen of Athens could be the one with the mother or father of the Athenians.
