Name the emperor under whom Rome reached its heyday.

Several options are possible here. Perhaps this is Octavian Augustus, the named son and successor of Julius Caesar, the reign was sung by poets, his era was considered the “golden age” (partly due to the end of the civil wars that were exhausting Rome). Perhaps it is the emperor Trajan, whose name was included even in the legends of the ancient Slavs – under him the Empire reached its maximum limits, from Dacia (modern Romania) to Armenia and Arabia, or the emperor Andrian, who was not engaged in conquests, but in administrative reforms and the development of the provinces of the Empire.
