Name the military-political blocs created in Europe at the turn of the century. Assess the fact of their creation.

At the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, military political blocs began to form in Europe, which represented the interests of certain states. So in 1882 the Triple Alliance arose. At that time, the following states became its participants: Germany, Austria-Hungary and Italy. In fact, the emergence of this bloc was the main reason for the division of Europe into two warring parties. So, for example, in 1904, the Entente was created as a military alliance between England and France. We know that France is the historical enemy of Prussia. Thus, the rivalry intensified even more and soon became the reason for the outbreak of the war.
