One side of the triangle is 78 mm. The length of the second side is 12/13 of the length of the first, and the length of the third is 125% of the length of the second. Find the perimeter of another triangle, each side of which is 30% larger than the corresponding side of this triangle.

1) Determine the length of the second side of the first triangle: 78 12/13 = 78: 13 * 12 = 72 (mm);

2) Find out the length of the third side of the first triangle: 72: 100 * 125 = 90 (mm);

3) Since each side of the second triangle is 30% larger than the corresponding side of the first triangle, we calculate the percentage that we will apply to each side: 100% + 30% = 130%;

4) 78: 100 * 130 = 101.4 (mm) – the first side of the second triangle;

5) 72: 100 * 130 = 93.6 (mm) – the second side of the second triangle;

6) 90: 100 * 130 = 117 (mm) – the third side of the second triangle;

7) Calculate the perimeter of the second triangle using the formula: P = a + b + c = 101.4 + 93.6 + 117 = 312 mm = 0.312 m.
