Photosynthetic properties?

Photosynthesis is the process of formation of organic substances necessary for the vital activity of a cell from inorganic substances in the course of chemical reactions that take place in chloroplasts. Photosynthesis takes place in two phases – dark and light. To put it very simply, during a biochemical reaction, the plant absorbs molecules of water (H2O) and carbon dioxide (CO2). Then the process of glucose synthesis takes place. Oxygen is released during the reaction. It is released as a by-product of the reaction. In addition to these two substances, a pigment is formed – chlorophyll, due to which plants have a characteristic green color. If sunlight is removed, the plant will soon be white or yellow.
