Point C is the midpoint of the segment AB, equal to 64 cm. Point D is marked on the CA ray so that CD = 15 cm. Find the lengths of the line segments BD and DA.

1) If point C is the middle of the segment AB, then AC = CB and are equal to 32cm.
2) AC = AD + CD. Therefore, AD = AC-CD, AD = 32-15 = 17cm.
3) BD = CD + CB, from the first point we already know that CB = 32cm, and CD = 15cm, by condition. BD = 32 + 15 = 47cm.
Answer: BD = 47cm, AD or DA = 17cm.
