Differences:

4. The absence of a swim bladder in cartilaginous and its presence in bone.

6. Method of reproduction. Cartilaginous use mainly live and oviparity. Bone – caviar.
7. The process of osmoregulation.
Similarities:
1. Habitat.
2.Gill breathing.
3. Common ancestor.
4. The presence of fins, and their use when moving.
5. The presence of a lateral line.
6.Electroreception.
7. A similar structure of the reproductive system.
