Points A and C are the centers of the circles. Find the perimeter of the quadrilateral ABCD if the side of the cell is 0.5 cm long.

Solution.
The radius of the circle with center A is 1 cm.
AB = AD = 1cm. Similarly BC = CD = P = 2 (1+ 1.5) = 5 (cm).
Answer: 5 cm
