Prove that Caesar’s struggle for power in Rome was a civil war.

Well, I’ll start with the fact that civil war is usually understood as a series of armed conflicts between various political and social groups. Such a conflict took place in Rome. Actually, it began with a clash between Caesar and his supporters with the supporters of Pompey. Who did not know, then Caesar’s daughter Julia was married to Pompey, but she died in childbirth. This civil war lasted four years. At the end of it, Caesar was despicably killed (he died in 44 BC, he was fifty-five years old).
