To prove that the structure of the leaf is related to the habitat of plants, let us take two plants of the same species growing in different conditions and compare the structure of their leaves. So, dandelions growing in an open place, with a lack of moisture, will have lighter, thinner and smaller leaves. And the leaves of a dandelion growing in the shade, on well-moisturized soil, will be darker, denser and larger. Consequently, the structure of the leaves depends on the habitat of the plants.
