Prove that there are constant interconnections between changes in animate and inanimate nature

Prove that there are constant interconnections between changes in animate and inanimate nature. As proof, give an example of the adaptability of organisms to environmental conditions.

Inanimate nature – the atmosphere, soil, water bodies are constantly changing their indicators (composition, temperature, lighting, humidity, and more). Living organisms subject to these changes usually adapt, but not immediately, but over many generations. For example, animals that live in hot climates have more protruding body parts to increase heat transfer, while in cold climates, on the contrary, the body is more compact. Plants in dry habitats have smaller leaves, in contrast to plants in wet habitats, where the leaf area is enormous.
