Radial symmetry animals

The body of animals has two types of symmetry: radial and bilateral.
Ray symmetry differs in that many axes can be drawn through the body and the body is the same from all sides. It is found in sedentary or attached animals and makes it possible to be protected from all sides, as well as to grab food from any side. Such animals are coelenterates: hydras, jellyfish, coral polyps. Among vertebrates, this type of symmetry is observed in ascidians.
