Reasons for religious performance in the 18th century.

There was a Bashkir uprising in the 18th century. It was connected with the oppression of the Bashkirs. They were prohibited from self-determination, not allowed to practice the religion they desire. The Old Believers who did not accept the new rites of the Orthodox Church were also persecuted. The reason for their speeches was the ban on being elected to public office, the obligation to pay taxes in double size, and their excommunication. Discontent was also caused by the fact that they were threatened with a fine if they did not wear the ridiculous clothes in which they were asked to change.
