Reasons, the results of the Spanish Civil War 1936-1939.

The cause of the war was the inter-class struggle, ideological contradictions in a semi-feudal country. At the end of the war in Spain, the republic fell, and the dictatorship of Franco was established. It continued its existence until 1975. The sad result of the war was the great loss of life. The total number of deaths was about 450 thousand. 320 thousand of them were supporters of the republican system in the state, and 130 thousand were nationalists. Material damage was also great: large cities of the country suffered, they required reconstruction. 173 cities were subject to restoration.
