I want to tell you about an organization called the International Criminal Police Organization, abbreviated as ICPO, or as it is also called – Interpol. Now it includes 190 states. The headquarters of the organization is located in France in the city of Lyon. Russia became a member of this organization on September 27, 1990. The main goal of Interpol is to ensure the interaction of police officers from different countries in the investigation and disclosure of crimes. The organization is engaged in the international search for people, vehicles, counterfeiting, suppression of drug trafficking, weapons, solving economic crimes, etc.
