In ancient Egypt, many sciences were developed, including Astronomy. This science studies the movement of celestial bodies, makes calculations and measures the distance from the earth to the stars. As we know, the people who lived in Egypt were very serious about astronomical phenomena and often built temples or other large structures based on the placement of the planets of the solar system. Also, the Egyptians could make predictions based on the location of certain planets in the sky. It is also known that the Giza pyramid complex exactly repeats the Orion constellation belt.
