Segment CA is the median of triangle KCD, CA = KA, CA = 2.5 cm. Segment CA is 1.5 cm less than segment KC

Segment CA is the median of triangle KCD, CA = KA, CA = 2.5 cm. Segment CA is 1.5 cm less than segment KC, segment CA is 0.5 cm less than segment CD. Find the perimeters of the triangles KCA, ACD, and KCD.

The median divides the KD side in half, KA = AD.
Hence, KA = AD = CA = 2.5 cm by condition.
Side KS = CA + 1.5 = 2.5 + 1.5 = 4 cm.
Side CD = CA + 0.5 = 2.5 + 0.5 = 3 cm.
All sides of the triangles are known, let’s find the perimeters.
The perimeter of triangle KCD is:
Pkcd = KC + CD + KD = KC + CD + 2 * CA = 4 + 3 + 5 = 12 cm.
The perimeter of the triangle KCA is:
Pkca = KC + CA + KA = KC + 2 * CA = 4 + 5 = 9 cm.
The perimeter of triangle ACD is:
Pacd = CD + CA + AD = CD + 2 * CA = 3 + 5 = 8 cm.
