S = √P (P – AB) (P – BC) (P – AC).

3. S can be calculated using another formula:
S = AB / 2 x BH = 12 cm².
BH = S: AB / 2 = 12: 2.5 = 4.8 cm.
Answer: the height of the VN, drawn to one of the smaller sides, is 4.8 cm.
