With absolute royal power, all decisions are made by the king, who stands at the head of the state. He belongs to the executive, legislative and judicial powers. Any of his decrees is equal to the law and cannot be canceled by anyone.

In a constitutional monarchy, the power of the ruler is limited by the constitution and parliament. Parliament can challenge the decisions made by the monarch, as well as make its own proposals, for example, propose bills, approve them.
