Signs of the primitiveness of prokaryotes?

Prokaryotes are fairly primitive living organisms. Their structure is very simple. The prokaryotic cell does not contain a nucleus or any other membrane organelles. Membrane organelles include vacuoles, mitochondria, plastids, lysosomes, Golgi complex and many others. DNA in prokaryotes moves freely in the cytoplasm of the cell. Two kingdoms of living nature belong to prokaryotes. This is primarily bacteria. Also archaea. This is a separate kingdom of living nature, which was isolated relatively recently, together with protists and chromists.
