Signs of War Communism?

War communism is a forced policy of the Bolshevik government during the Civil War. All aspects of state activity were subordinated to centralized authority. The entire industry was nationalized. The equalization of material goods actually curtailed the purchase and sale of goods. There are strict restrictions on private trade. All agricultural products were nationalized and distributed. In the villages, surplus appropriation was gaining strength. The entire young Soviet country was turning into a close-knit militarist base with a communist ideology.
